Each organization can have different workflows for different situations. Info Lease allows you to set up your own customized workflow to east the operations.


A workflow does mean the group of tasks with some instructions, steps and procedures for organizing employee to follow to process the business. Each task will explain an individual step/process to proceed against the enquiry. The agent can start a workflow progress for each enquiry they were assigned to.


  • Workflows can be interlinked like a workflow need to start automatically on completion of another workflow. These triggers can be configured in workflow task settings.
  • Workflow can be set to trigger on enquiry allocation or on completion of a task. We can also configure a workflow to trigger manually.
  • Info Lease allows you to pre-define tasks that can be shared across multiple workflows.
  • These pre-defined task templates can be mapped to a workflow by setting the execution order. The tasks within the workflow will be triggered in sequential execution order.
  • "Activate After" setup for a task will say how long it can wait before opening it for completion.
  • Similarly, we can also set maximum time an agent can take to complete the task. Exceeding allowed time scale will highlight the task to an agent to act on it urgently.
  • Same like workflow, individual task can be configured with different permission types like "allow all users to process" or "allow a user of previous task to process it" or "set specific user/role to process it"
  • While processing a workflow task for an enquiry, the agent can assign individual tasks to another agent.
