Info Lease provides a complete accounting solution for managing invoices and payments in order, credit notes and VRB invoices. It also supports partial payments.
Invoices will be generated against orders. Info Lease allows you to generate different invoice such as
1) Cancellation Invoice,
2) Commission Invoice and
3) Document Fee Invoice.
The invoices will include payment terms & due date. Payments for invoices can be received manually, but logged in the system.
Invoice payments can be of different type like partial payments, full payments & group payments (multiple invoices can be paid once). Similar to quote & order invoices will be generated in PDF formats, which is platform friendly. The administrator can manage the invoice template in document template section.
